Administrator can click on the Training Course under the Administration section and the following page will appear. The purpose of this page is to maintain a list of courses available in eTraining.
Under the Search Criteria section, you can filter the record base on Course Name and Status (all box in red as shown in the image below). Click on the Search button (box in black as shown in the image below) to retrieve the training course that matched the criteria.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) displays all the relevant records.
To edit the existing course, you can click on the Edit hyperlink (box in purple as shown in the image above). To add a new course, you can click on the Add button (box in red as shown in the image above). The following section will appear in the table. You have to enter details such as Code, Course Name and Status. Click on the Update hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image below) to save the new course. You can also click on the Cancel hyperlink to abort the changes.
