User is required to do some setup before using the eOvertime module. Followings are the steps of the required setup:
- Setup the Overtime Category (Please refer to Overtime Category under Administration section)
- Setup the Route Matrix (Please refer to Route Matrix under the Administration section)
User can only apply and submit overtime requests after the above setup has been completely done. Please also take note for the following setup under the Setting menu:
- Employee master list must be set up in the Employee under Setting
- The roles of each employee must also be set up in the User Group under the User Access in Setting page.
- The functional group of each employee must also be set up in the Func. Group under the User Access in Setting page.
