User is required to do some setup before using the eTravel module. Followings are the steps of the required setup:
- Setup the Travel Agent (Please refer to Travel Agent under Administration)
- Setup the Type of Trip (Please refer to Type of Trip under Administration)
- Setup the Purpose Category (Please refer to Purchase Category under Administration)
- Setup the Route Matrix (Please refer to Route Matrix under Approval in Setting)
Users can only apply and submit travel requests after the above setup has been completely done. Please also take note for the following setup under the Setting menu:
- Employee master list must be set up in the Employee under Employee section in Setting
- The roles of each employee must also be set up in the User Group under User Access in Setting
- The functional group of each employee must also be set up in the Func. Group under User Access in Setting
