Click on My Attendance under the Attendance section and the following page will appear.
In the User Information section, it display the current user account's information such as Employee Name, Employee No, Report To and Calendar Type that you are following base on the country you are living. You can filter the attendance records base on Month and Year (box in red as shown in the image below).
As you change the Month and Year in the User Information section, the table grid (shown in the image below) will change accordingly.
(1) Date and Week Day (Box in red as shown in the kimage above)
It will display all the dates and days of the calendar.
(2) Start Hour and End Hour (Box in green as shown in the image above)
It will display the time you are supposed to start work and end work. You will NOT be able to edit the data in this field.
(3) Time In and Time Out (Box in black as shown in the image above)
It displays the time you clock in and clock out base on the data you have entered in Time Clock under Attendance Section. The clock in time is generated base on the earliest time you click on the Check-In button, while the clock out time is generated base on the latest time you click on the Check-Out button. You will NOT be able to edit the data in this field.
(4) OT Hours (Box in blue as shown in the picture above)
It displays the number of overtime (OT) hours you have worked. This field is calculated based on the data the extra hours from the End Hour time to the time you check-out. You will NOT be able to edit the data in this field.
(5) Type, Edit OT Hours and Remarks (Box in pink as shown in the picture above)
It displays the different types of OT Rates and Leave, the OT Hours you have work and remarks. You will NOT be able to edit the data in this field.
