Click on the My Timesheet View under the Timesheet section and the following page will appear.
Under the Search Criteria section, you can indicate details such as Date (From), Date (To), Status and Reference No. (all box in red as shown in the image below) and click on Search to retrieve records that matched the criteria.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) will display the relevant timesheet forms that belong to the current login user in any status. To save a copy of the table you can click on the Export to Excel button (box in purple as shown in the image below). To view the details of the timesheet form, you can click on the reference number hyperlink (box in purple as shown in the image below) under the Ref No column. Note that if the form is in PENDING or APPROVED status, you cannot edit/amend the details.
