How do I configure my EWS applications?

Administrator can click on System Config menu under the Account/Application section, the following page will appear. The purpose of this page is to allow the Administrator to configure certain features for all available applications in EWS.

Under the System Emailer Settings, you can set the SMTP Server, 'From' Display Name, Reply Email Address and BCC Email Address (all box in red as shown in the image below). Click on the Save button (box in black as shown in the image below) to save the changes. At the bottom of the section, you can perform a System Email Testing by specifying the Recipient Email Addresses (box in green as shown in the image below) and click on Send button (box in orange as shown in the image below) to send the test email.

Below the System Emailer Settings, you will see the following table which contains the list of available configuration settings in EWS.

You can edit the configuration by clicking on the Edit hyperlink (box in red as shown in the image above), the following section will appear in the table.

Note that you are not allowed to add any system configuration manually as it is predefined by the system. You are only allowed to change the Value field (box in red as shown in the image above) according to the specification in the Remark column. Click on the Update hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image above) to save the changes. Click on the Cancel hyperlink (box in yellow as shown in the image above) to abort any changes and close the section.
