Click on Plan Attendance in the Attendance section, the following page will appear.
Click on the Outstanding Employee Attendance section (box in red as shown in the image above), the following content will appear in the section.
You can click on the filter the record base on Month and Year (box in red as shown in the image above), click on the Search button (box in orange as shown in the image above) to retrieve the outstanding employee attendance plan record that matched the criteria. To create an outstanding attendance plan for a specific employee, you can click on the Create Attendance Plan hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image above). The table below the Search Criteria section shows all employees that have Outstanding Attendance that needs to be settled.
To create an attendance plan for a specific employee, click on the Create Attendance Plan hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image above) and the following page will appear.
Look for the date that you want to edit. You are able to edit the Start Hour, End Hour, the Type of Leave, and Remarks. After editing the table, scroll down to the bottom of the table and you will see a Save Changes and Cancel Changes hyperlinks. Click on the Save Changes hyperlink (box in red as shown in the picture below) to save the latest changes that you have done and click Cancel Changes hyperlink (box in green as shown in the picture below) if you do not want to save the latest changes. You may click Back button to return back to the previous page.
