Click on Claim Type under the Administration section, the following page will appear.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) shows all the claim types in the current company. To edit the claim type, you can click on the Edit hyperlink (box in purple as shown in the image below). To activate or deactivate the claim type, you have to first select the claims records that you want to activate or deactivate by clicking on the checkbox (box in orange as shown in the image below). After you have selected the records that you would like to take action with, click on the Activate/Deactivate button (box in yellow as shown in the image below).
To add a new claim type, you can click on the Add button (box in black as shown in the image above), after you click on the Add button, the following section will appear in the table. You can enter details such as Claim Type, Code, Name, GL Code, Status, Description (optional) and Is Mileage (optional) (all box in red as shown in the image below) after you have fill in the details, you can click on Update hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image below) to add the claim type. You can also click on Cancel hyperlink (box in yellow as shown in the image below) to close the section.
