Administrator or HR Admin can click on the Company Department under the Organization section, the following page will appear. The purpose of this page is to enable the Administrator/HR Admin to assign available departments to the company. Different companies can have the same or different departments.
Under the Search Criteria section, you can filter the list by Status, click on the Search button (box in black as shown in the image below) to retrieve records that matched the criteria.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) retrieve all the relevant records.
To assign a new department to a company, you can click on the Add button (box in red as shown in the image above), the following section will appear in the table.
Administrator/HR Admin can change the details of the department assignment such as the Company, Department and Status (all box in red as shown in the image above). Click on the Update hyperlink (box in black as shown in the image above) to save the department assignment. Click on the Cancel hyperlink (box in yellow as shown in the image above) to abort the change and close the section.
