How do I view allocation hours based on new venture and regional allocation?

Administrator can click on NV And Reg Allocation under Report section and the following page will appear. This section will only appear if the user has Finance access.  

This report will display all hourly allocations based on New Venture category and Regional Allocation category from all block groups and blocks as shown in the following image. Under the Search Criteria section, you can filter by Month/Year, Department, Employee, Block Group and Block (box in green as shown in the image below). Click on the Search button (box in red as shown in the image below) to retrieve records that matched the search criteria.

There are several sections in the search result as shown below:

For the table that is boxed in red, the section displays two categories which are New Venture Allocation for Expatriate Staff and New Venture Allocation for National Staffs. For the table that is boxed in green, it displays the total and the summary of the hour allocation for both categories stated above.
