Administrator and Finance Admin can click on Field Report under the Report section, the following page will appear.
Under the Search Criteria section, you can filter details such as Monthly/Year, Department, Activity Type, Block Group and Block (all box in red as shown in the image below). After you have indicated the filter details, you can click on the Search button (box in black as shown in the image below) to retrieve records that matched the criteria.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) displays all the relevant field reports base on the search criteria. To save a copy of the table, you can click on the Export to Excel button (box in red as shown in the image below).
By default, the dropdown list (box in orange as shown in the image below) is "Collapse All". You can select "Expand All" and this will expand the Activity Type details.
