Administrator can click on the Emp Timesheet Period under the Administration section, the following page will appear. This section is for Administrator to display the employee Timesheet period.
Under the Search Criteria section, you can filter the timesheet period records by Department, Logon Name, First Name, Last Name, Status and Not Allow General Block (all box in red as shown in the image below). Click on the Search button (box in black as shown in the image below) to retrieve all the timesheet period records that matched the criteria.
The table (box in green as shown in the image below) displays all the relevant timesheet records of the employee. To edit the timesheet record, you can click on the employee's first name hyperlink (box in purple as shown in the image below) in the First Name column.
